This plugin, origianlly by www.w-a-s-a-b-i.com (this site doesn't work anymore), extract some posts from your blog "related" to the one you are seeing. I've cleaned up some code, adding the activation and deactivation functions to create and drop the database index.
I've added the post title to the index, originally it wasn't included.
