How many times you changed the way your AdSense appear under a post or before it? How many times you added and modified some text after a post (like a FeedBurner subscription form)?
With this plugin you have a centralized place where to write and control the header and the footer of a post (in distincted way between home an single post) and of a page.
So simple that I have nothing else to write! Install the plugin and go to the options page. Insert some text in the textareas and see what happens.
Special tags
In the texts you can add to a post or a page, there are some tags or place holders that will be replaced before the content is modified. These tags are:
- [link] - the permalink of the current post or page
- [link_encoded] - the permalink encoded to be used as an url parameter
- [title] - the title of the post or page
- [title_encoded] - the title encoded to be used as an url parameter
- [author_aim] - the AIM field of the author of the current post or page (I use it to chenge the publicher id in multi author blogs)
Integration with other plugins
Post Layout integrates with Bookmark Me. Using the tag [bookmark_me] within the text, it will be replaced with the bookmark buttons, as configured in the former plugin.

A very useful and good plugins… Thanks… It makes it much more easier for me… btw… the next time you update your plugins please make sure you change the plugins version in your “text-widget.php” file… I’m using WP 2.5.1 and the auto update plugins page still saying that your text widget is available for update but I already updated both of your plugins…
I can’t make the plugins execute a php code in it… Can we do that? make the code execute a php code in it?…

You’re missing the point he Filipe… It’s not a plugins for your post tagging… what the author means by “tags” are that this plugins can use a “code tag” to trigger the other plugins that’s using a “tag code” so that it’s is easier for the user to apply the “code tag” in their post or page without having to put the “code tag” over and over again in your post when you create a new post or page…
P.S: I hope I got that right?
