Ok, the version 1.0.0 has just been committed. I don’t know howmuch time the WordPress plugin repository takes to make it available, but the address should be this.

Today I have to send my daily newsletters (almost 50k subscribers) via MS Outlook and one of my servers replicate the messages using the mail server software.
Another great initiative, man! When it is more polished I will centainly give it a try.
I think 50,000 subscribers is a big number to manage from a blog because within common hosting plan there is no way to run process “out of the blog” and sending 50,000 emails calling a PHP page… can lead to timeout problems.
But there are a couple of tricks that can be implemented: as soon as the plugin is ready to be usable for sending 100 emails , I’ll run a contest to find out the better way to send 100,000 emails!

All I do in my site it’s not 4 me It’s 4 people, 4 my town, to be informed. It’s a f***** job 4 passion, nothing more. Maybe in time I will do a bussiness, this mounth I recive a half of my salary, I don’t know.. AND malke this site with free stuff, clean stuff, simple stuff.
I need stuff who work simple & clear, nothing more.
This days I try many plug-ins 4 newsletter wordpress, and all of them are f***** unfinished, but nor because U are not a smart people, but all because U think that we are a stupif people, hwo works 4 feee, hwo do a stupid job, 4 now one, 4 nothing.
Some how I understand you, but the way to resolve the problem it’s involve you also.
Maybe you will be in my possition, soon I hope and you will realise how this world it’s f***UP and we all have the guilty.
If you one day will do a simple and clean job, I will do a clean and at least a nice job like you, and so on…

Cristian, I have to admit I have some difficulties to understand what you mean. Are you angry with me? May be for my previous answer? Just few words about me may help. I have a family with a wife and two little sons. I have a work taking me the best hours of the day. After work I try to help at home and ply with my children. But I have a passion for computer and information technology. I learned to write WordPress plugins for myself. When I discovered the WordPress plugins repository I thought to publish my plugins and to do my best to keep them bug free and up to date. Just for free, just for other to be able to use them if they like them.
I cannot develop my plugins 8 hours a day. I develop them 15 to 30 minutes a day, by mean. So any feature added takes a lot of days. I’m not payed for and I added them based on my capacity to write the code needed, to study the WordPress API.
Still I take into consideration request that come form plugin users. Sometime I modified the plugin right because someone asked for and not because I need such new features. Many Hyper Cache users can confirm it.
And then I have/want to answer the question coming from user. Why the plugin seems not work? How can I do that? And so on… really, this is not for my bank account!
You say you tried many newsletter plugin. You forgot to say you tried all free to use plugin. We all are lucky: there are people who work for free. Otherwise we all need to pay for anything, starting form WordPress itself!
I just installed your plugin. So far so good and no problems! Thank you for your hard work on this.
